This badge is a great way to just get an easy merit badge for one of your eagle badges and is a very fun skill to learn.

This a good merit badge for first year summer campers to take. Scouts can make something useful like a knife pouch or belt and learn a new skill too!

I had so much fun doing Leatherwork! I made 2 neckerchief slides and a knife holder. I also learned about tanning.
