What are the diseases which must be reported to the local State Department of Health and local County Department of Health if observed by a healthcare provider? Is seasonal influenza a reportable disease of a known outbreak? Is tuberculosis a reportable disease to the state Department of Health?

Does the public health merit badge pamphlet list the immunizations required to attend public school? It’s easy to treat influenza since it is a mild disease–I’ve recovered from colds last year and the year before.
