Oxygen? No! Why the water rises

Put a candle in a container and then place it in water. What will happen? This week, science instructor Robert Krampf demonstrates this cool trick and then uses his powers of observation to explain it.

   i saw this at one of my camp naish meetings before and i didn’t understand it he put oil and a ton of other stuff that i had no idea what they were
