Pet Rabbit Saves Couple

While a fire swept though their Melbourne, Australia, home, an unidentified husband and wife were notified of the inferno by their pet rabbit. The family pet, named “Rabbit,” scratched at the door to the master bedroom until the couple woke up.

The husband discovered a fire in a back room and smoke sweeping through the entire residence. He and his wife were able to escape unharmed.

   You know it’s this kind of thing that makes me think what you would do without pets.
   I mean if Rabit had died in the fire so would have the couple.
   so I think that if more people had pets and I’m not saing everyone but that we would have less deaths well thats my opinoin.

   i think the rabbit died after the owners woke up, smart rabbit and i hope they gave it a good funeral
