actually the starter pokemon with the highest stats out of all of them is swampert (535) (my favorite ) Then charizard, typhlosion, Infernape Tie (534), Blastoise, Feraligatr, Sceptile, Empoleon and blazekin tie (530) And lastly Venasaur, Meganium, and torterra Tie for last at 525. Overall the best ones are the Hoenn and the best type being Water
