How do you get all 3 starter Pokemon?

Can you please give me some ideas on what I should do now that I have completed my pokedex with all 251 Pokemon and they are all at level 100? I really like Pokemon, but I’m running out of stuff to do on it.
Games Guru: Whoa! My friend, you should be telling me what to do. I have never caught ‘em all and never had the stick-to-it stuff to train even 10 of my Pokemon that ultimate level. Have you found every TM? You must have. I am guessing that the only thing left for you to do is to get Pokemon Yellow or Crystal and start the quest all over again.
How can I open the cave of Mewtwo? And what do I need to have?
Games Guru: As I understand it, the only way to get Mewtwo in Pokemon Silver is to trade with someone who captured it in Pokemon Red or Pokemon Blue. Please let me know if you hear differently.
How do you capture Mew, MewTwo and Celibe? Is there any trick to catching the three legendary Pokemon?
Games Guru: I have never gone after Mew or Celibe, but I have caught MewTwo a time or two. Your best bet is to use a Master Ball — the one-size-fits-all Pokemon catcher. If you don’t have a Master Ball, try freezing MewTwo. He’s easier to catch when he’s frozen.
How do I get the generator piece?
Games Guru: Have you searched the pond in the Cerulean Gym?

To People on the Silver Version comment page,
I know you probably don’t believe everything you hear when it comes to progressing in the game, but believe me. (*Looks serious*) I couldn’t possibly gain anything from telling you to do something stupid on your game.
That’s just what people are always talking about: People who you can’t always believe! (*Laughs*)
Now, if anyone needs to know about how to get Celebi, use a GameShark code.
I don’t know what the code is, but maybe you can find it somewhere on the Internet!
(*Smiles*) Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
If you don’t have a GameShark, look on Ebay or go to a video game store like Gamestop!

Gamesharks are bought anywhere that sell videogames (In real life) and to ask the games guru you need to click the link below Submit Question, but its not likely to get answered. And a pain when you live in Canada like me ’cause then you need to find the zip codes of the web, because I dont know any from the US.

Sorry but the game guru does not answer questions here. A game shark is an actual device that you buy in the real world that includes cheat codes for your game. JJG uses them frequently so if you want to know more ask him.

okay 2 things Games Guru doesn’t answer on here. 2nd Yes Gameshark is a real life Cheating device. u probably could find 1 @ Games 4 less or Gamestop. There is a code I could give u 4 catching Celeibi.

Dang, I have’nt been on here in forever. Anyways I looked back way far at your comment JJG, anyways I have no idea what is going on with the master ball thing. Would you perhaps be using an AR or a Gameshark? I have never had anything like that happen. If you are using a cheat device, it could be messing with the duplication. I would test this, but I do not have an AR or Gameshark nor have I ever used one on my gold version.

I bought this GOLD cartridge from this guy on ebay and it had evey pokemon every item and every every thing! the only thing iz u can’t use any of the items and every time i try to start over the game crashes. Talk about a Ripoff.
