Every time you smoke a cigarette, you breathe in ammonia, arsenic, butane, cadmium, ethanol, toluene, and more. Tobacco smoke contains more than 4,000 different chemicals, 37 of which cause cancer. Smokeless tobacco, too is deadly, containing cancer-causing substances.
It’s no surprise that tobacco use leads to one of every five deaths in the United States. Tobacco kills more Americans than HIV/AIDS, alcohol, illegal drugs, car wrecks, suicide, and murder combined.

When do we get all of the rules for the “Smoking Sticks” video contest? I feel like the magazine gave me no real criteria or guidlines. Like, can we show people smoking in the video?

the winner gets an HD camera, and a trip to philmont, sea base, or the other place. The runners up get an iPod touch. The videos can be posted january 1st. vote for the one with the rap.

videos can just be uploaded to this site jan. 1st. the contest runs until may and the video with the most views wins. hope i helped.
